Shipping and Delivery

All Products purchased from the First Layer Healthcare Private Limited (We or Website or www.firstlayer.in or First Layer) shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services by First Layer through a logistics partner. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while the we will endeavour to deliver the products on the dates intimated, we disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard. A nominal fee may be charged on all cash on delivery (“COD”) orders, the COD charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.

 

We currently ship only to locations in India as covered by our standard courier logistics partners.

 

Shipping charges are displayed at the time of buying the products which may change from time to time, and dependent on location in India and Courier Service Provider’s location coverage and their charges. (Our current charges are: Free Shipping for orders above  Rs.1000/- and Rs. 60/- for orders below Rs. 1000/-)

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service.

 

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by First Layer for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

 

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in correct. However, there is a remote possibility that a wrong item is delivered to you. In only such case as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reason given above.

 

To get a refund or replacement, email us at info@firstlayer.in with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

 

If the replacement item is not available, and customer has paid, 100% refund will be done.

 

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. First Layer has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us.
